A Celebration Of Love With A Chapman Delight

Valentine?s day is around the corner, and it is a great time to whip up a cocktail or two for you and your significant other. Chapman is a popular drink in Nigeria, and is a great party drink for adults and children (without the alcohol, of course!).

Ingredients?

? cup of crushed ice

? can of *Fanta

? can of Sprite

30ml Vodka

3-4 tablespoons of Black Currant syrup

1 teaspoon of Amaro?

1 lime or orange wedge

How to prepare

1. Add the crushed ice or ice cubes to a glass along with Amaro liquor and Vodka.
2. Pour in the Fanta and Sprite.
3. Add in Black Currant syrup to taste.
4. Garnish with an orange or lime wedge.

*A substitute for Fanta is HI-C or another orange flavored soft drink.

?Amaro is bitter-sweet syrupy liquor that is often used to dilute the sweetness. A similar substitute may be used with caution.
